Career Confidence for Immigrants is a coaching business within the career development industry located in Montréal.
It aims to produce useful content and promote alternative ways of professional paths directed to established immigrants in Canada, who are struggling with their professional careers.
Their goal is to create a community where individuals feel less alone and lost when it comes to these career stressors.
Studio Colora worked on the complete brand identity for Career Confidence for Immigrants. Our focus was to create a brand that is modern, welcoming, inclusive, positive, and feels like a community.
The logo is a combination of a Logomark and Logotype to allow a versatile logo that can be used in big or small formats, in various media, printed and digital. The Logomark is a symbol of a smiley face created with the two-letter C from the words Career, and Confidence. The smile is a curved I from the word Immigrants. The Logotype is the full name of the brand Career Confidence for Immigrants.
The color palette is a combination of vibrant colors like orange, yellow, fuchsia, and light blue. These colors communicate the idea of different individuals with diverse interests and personalities. The main color of the color palette is a gradient made with the colors already mentioned above.
The vibrant gradient represents the positive community that Career Confidence for Immigrants wants to create.
Lastly, a system of shapes was designed to indicate the idea of the slogan Not fitting in is your superpower. The shapes are use on posters designed for an event and in promotional material like tote bags and T-shirts.
